Moderately good, cheap video?

I am looking to buy a 2nd hand digital camera/ camcorder which can film video of moderately good qualities similar to those of Panasonic Lumix FX1/12/30 at fps 30 and high megapixels. The main thing is I looking for something not to expensive as it should only supplement my current compact cam. Anyone knows of any cam with good video & any lobangs to buy it? Thank you!

Oh ya, forgot to add that the format of the video should preferably be *.mp4, *.wmv or *avi coz i dunno how to get programs to edit things like *.mov etc. Yup. Need some recommendations! Thanks!

You can consider various Casio digital cameras, which supports MPEG4 or H.264 VGA Video. Note that all Casio digital cameras cannot do Optical Zoom, while in the middle of recording Video... except EX-V7 and EX-V8 which has Optical Zoom in Video recording.
