Terms and Conditions
Self collect and return @ Jurong West St 92
Verification: Users must provide a photocopy of NRIC and bring the original for verification, especially for firsttimer.
Loan Period: Price quoted is based on 24 hours loan period.
Collection Time: 8pm onwards
Rental: Renting cost is to be paid on the day of collection. A deposit of $150 is needed and this deposit will be refunded when items are returned in its original state.
Repairs, Loss and Damage
User, at its own cost and expense, shall keep the Equipment in good condition and working order and shall furnish any and all parts, mechanisms and devices required to keep the Equipment in good working order.
User shall bear the entire risk of loss and damage to the Equipment from any and every cause whatsoever. No loss or damage to the Equipment or any part thereof shall impair any obligation of user under this term, which shall continue in full force and effect through the term of the agreement.
B. In the event of loss or damage of any kind whatever to the Equipment, user shall, at owner's option:
(i) Place the same in good repair, condition and working order; or
(ii) Replace the same with like equipment in good condition and working order; or
(iii) Pay to owner the replacement cost of the Equipment.
