thanks veru much for the effort on enlightening me on this matter. If that is the case allow me amend the MO:

You are welcome. This product is a great replacement for Canon user who want to do off shoes flash and do now wish to spend a bomb on ST-E2 wireless transmitter (not radio) which will cost $200-$300.

Chunger can assist with my query? Thanks!

Perhaps an explanation of one channel vs 4 channels would be useful to answer those queries.

I do have a query - what brand is this wireless trigger? I'm looking to see if I can use this together with my existing set of triggers/receivers as I understand the same brand of triggers will work together.

hi...

sorry for a stupid question. but does this remote trigger support all the capabilities of on-shoe flash like flash exposure compensation, rear-curtain sync, exchanging zoom and exposure information with the body etc... I am interested in getting it if it can handle these kinda things for both the nikon d70s or the eos 350d. hope it is not a very stupid question....

also if it is able to do this kind of stuff, then do i need to specify what kind of camera body i have, because the nikon flash hotshoe pin layout is much different then the one for canon or can i buy one and use with both and still have all these features?

and last but not the least are the units still available? I'm interested in 1 PT04 set for now.

Sorry to say tt it is merely a 1 pt hotshoe, meaning tt it cannot perform any ttl fn. If u really need to do ttl, de originals are ur better choice :)

I've use this transmitter/receiver on my cam for a passport photo shoot for my school.

The main flash was set to Master (in manual mode of course) with the receiver, while two other flashes were set to slave mode and woala, I've got a wireless flash system setup and low cost...:)

I play around with the transmitter and receiver, it's so effective, this is the 1st time I enjoy the freedom to hand holding my 54MZ4 completely without the limitation of physical wire, it's simply wonderful, I think ...

All Photographers should havea set :)

Wah, getting another set for spare?

Yeah, it is fun to have this toy for some simple creative flash lighting. I use it to do fill in for some interior pic. Make quite an impact on the pic ^_^
