MO: Special gaffer tapes @ $34

As requested by some CSer, I'm doing another MO for special gaffer tapes. It's non-residual, non-sticky and anti-slip, the idea stuff to protect your investments such as the tripod legs, lens hood, base of the camera body, etc. These are special gaffers that are used by many theatre and dance company for taping down equipment cables and dance mat.

The specs are as follows:

2" X 55m in length
black colour

Cost: $34 each

Need a min of 10 pcs for this MO to be feasible. Pls indicate the name and # of rolls. You will be required to wire or pass me the payment once you confirm the order.

"They have a non-reflective matte finish and excellent abrasion, water, and moisture resistance. Gaffer tape is used for film, stage, theater, and conventions for securing wires, cables and props - and it has a great deal of miscellaneous uses. Gaffer tape is notable for its great conformability, good adhesion, and clean removal - it tears easily into smaller strips and adheres better and longer than duct tape to difficult surfaces."

By the way, it can be purchased locally too.

There are some so-called cheaper versions made in China going for $28, thing is, they're not approved or recognised by the international theatre industries...

Pay the premium (only $6 more) and get a piece of your mind.

Are u referring to the Gaffer tapes which can be found locally at some of those motion picture equipment rental companies? For example, The Film Equipment Gallery @ 114 Sophia Road? Are they that bad? Maybe gaffer tapes made for the motion picture film industry is different from those made for the theatre industry?
