i dont know abt this one nor the brand, but yeah it looks just like the $60 one i mentioned in my very first original post-up here this thread (but does this link one require a minimal vol purchase?..). anyone thinking to shave off some more cost can try this, personally the reason i wish to have a MultiFormat Card-Slot OTG is so i can plug out 1 filled card, then use another while the 1st one is still undercopying. think the make of this one require the digicam to be connected to it, hence 'distracted from its rightful duties'..aka you shooting!
second all, it might consume 2 batteries charges each go..that of the OTG as well as your connected Digicam!!
i dont want to pretend to be a all-OTG expert here, anyone likes to add/amend apprec do so. lets keep this open.

Thanks Max for bringing this to everyone's attention..I will be in touch with the Co. for some negotiations, primarily if this MO can take place, at all on a one-time order of 12 pcs (so far) which admittedly a shortfall of the 20pcs they originally quoted me for and at. I cant promise any party now, be it the seller nor the buyers, but it is still fair as there is no absolute obligation either way..well either. The MO will take place when everyone is satisfied with the final terms AND deposits are collected. Again to be fair, i will revert word by end this week or early next week latest.
to clarify some more recent queries here, pls note that though there is LCD on this device, STILLS/MPEG-viewing is NOT possible. if thats impt to a prospective buyer, do kind follow refer this link which another fellow CS-er been kind to offer:

It looks like an ordinary external casing however, it has an additional advantage of being a bridge meaning you can plug in your card reader and transfer the data from your cards to the hdd. But why bring another thing like card reader? Everything should be build into the backup device including battery and card reader.
Anyway, my point is if the specifications of QCOOL device is as what the MO starter says, then it is pretty value for money compare to the proven CompactDrive which is being sold in Eastgear for ~$250.

Negotiated with the CO...12pcs is barely a ok-go-ahead if we can come up with a firm order quickly as we may be able to tag in along their another product shipment to singapore!
So boys and girls, pls check your PMs this eve and revert your payment as therein instructed.
If everything (inclu their shipment) goes smoothly, everyone should get their OTG by end this month or in case, at most early into 1st week July latest.
Last notes, until the 12 orders are firmed up, this MO is still a no-go, hence fair to all, whoever else payments made then are for sure refundable. So to avoid disappointment or unnecessary delay, pay-makers pls take action fast, either excecute payment as per or issue withdrawal notice..promptly! any delay will add up. ultimately no hard feeling, whichever way this turns out is fine, least no one be kept puzzling or frustrated.
Last Last notes, anyone else who still wish to join up this MO last min, pls POST ON THIS THREAD soonest possible (NO PMs PLS! to avoid confusion). To be fair to early reservists, I will conduct order and freight the moment the 12 initial orders are firmed up (payment made.)
