Will certainly help if u can let me know what's the price in Singapore and what kind of price u willing to pay.

That is precisely the problem, it is easier to find a needle in a haystack then to find useful Minolta Lenses in Singapore .....

Last I heard of the Minolta 100 f/2.8 Marco "D" lens is about $800 and the Minolta 50mm f/1.4 is about $350.

I don't know man.... maybe u can call Sigma Singapore to find out.
Take it as a bonus if they do.
Don't be sad if they don't since the lens was bought without warranty in the first place.

if u go according to the words on warranty card, sigma singapore is supposed to honour it.
give them a call and see wat they say lor...
