Hey on the website, they did mentioned that if you don't like the lensbaby, you may return back within 30days for a full refund.
Since the lenbaby 1 is purchased under your name, can you do that for me as I really wanted the version 2 due to the fact that the aperture ring is really difficult to take out. As for the version 2, the aperture ring is hold down by some magnetic in the barrel.
I don't mind paying you extra for the shipping back. And will place order with you for the version2. :embrass:
Please advise, I believe this is the least you can help those who just bought from you in almost a week ago.

Actually I've wanted to reply u by PM but I'll just make this public:
1. 1st of all, u're opening up a can of worms for me in the public. U could have simply PM me. Imaging everyone asking for refund???
2. Take into the consideration of shipping fees, u might be better off to sell it away rather than returning. It will be simplier and everyone will be happy.
3. It is not that the lens is no good. It is because u see a newer version and just want to return it for the new. Well u may have your rights but I'm not for it. I myself is holding some extra lenses and have never thought of shipping them back. People have paid and backed out from the MO. I still try to sell for them instead of returning.
4. If u're really not happy with the lens, u could have informed me much earlier.
5. I'll gladly help u to get a replacement if your item is faulty.
6. Sorry but for your case, I'll not help u on the refund process.

We still have a 3-4 week backlog on shipping out the 2.0.**We begin shipping on April 7th and then we will fulfill the orders in the order that they were received.* We are trying desperately to keep up with demand as well as dealing with some quality control issues.* Some parts that we received were not up to our standards, so we rejected them and sent the supplier back to the drawing board.* Besides customer satisfaction, quality control is our top priority.* Both seem to go hand in hand.* We thank you for your patience and understanding and will get your order to you as soon as we can.**Thanks and have a great weekend.
