Actually I was told about recond sets from the owner of a shop in Lucky Plaza. I was looking for a A70 but couldnt find it anymore. I have suspicion that they must be sets from overseas becos in singapore, a80 and 300d has already long time ago no stock. But you can still buy them overseas, hopefully these are really mint, virgin sets.
I am considering the A80, now checking out the reviews.
It is better that we can check on the spot. BUt if you are arrange a mass collection...you better plan for a big space ... BTW, the warranty is local singapore by Canon or by this distributor?

i myself is going in becos i have personally opened up 2 sets shown for each model, but though not physically handled, they are wrapped in pristine condition as far i can tell. they look and SMELL mint new tooanyway full warranty is offerd on the again mint docs accompanied therein.
i am not sure abt exchange policy but i could check with the dealer. however if its cash deal, then shouldnt any reasonable buyer be thinking to test out on the spot before taking in?
i find the story on actually picking up a refurb/recond brand set here in Singapore very interesting and i myself have not heard so esp with branded cam sets, did you came across a personal exp? pls share!

in your earlier post, YOU asked me to share about my experience about "overseas" set. Yet after I shared you suddenly become so defensive. For what???? (EQ not in check?)
BTW, I do not see any problem mentioning brand if the goods are legitimate and not "dirty goods".
Anyway, with such attitude, I guess I will pass .... dun want to deal with someone with atttude problem. In case, something wrong with the deal or goods, will be difficult to liase.
