i dun think so... did emailed them once. They replied sayin as long as its not digital equipment and lenses for digital cam, nikon sg accepts int'l warranty. All digital equpt has to have local warranty.

That means as long as it's not a DX lens, they'll accept Intl Warranty...... :think:

I don't know from which shop you buy, but you better check VERY carefully as they may say: yes it comes with warranty, but they mean shops warranty.....if you buy ffrom Wing/Man Shing it is ok, you will get International warranty....

the 70S is a classic pack which only holds 2 AA size batt whereas the 70P holds 2 EN-EL3 and/or 6 AA batts. :think:

it be good to get both quotes?? probably weight might be a factor.
Get the weight and price difference if possible.

I think ppl would prefer the 70S cos it would definitely has longer batt power.

You mean the 70P would have longer batt power? I'll get you the quotes for both and the weight, if possible. Seems like the www.hkjenis.com website don't specify the weight.
