Mass Order
I would like to create a MO for various mount to EOS adapter. I have personally tried the M42 and Nikon type on a Carl Zeiss Jena and Nikon lens on 300D. IMO, these adapters are very well built, mount and remove easily, and fit tightly at both ends. I've not tried the contax and Leica adapters, my guess is it would be similar quality to M42 & Nikon. Prices are definitely alot cheaper than getting it locally. Even lower than the lowest of Ebay, and save you the risk and shipping charge. Prices are:
M42 to EOS - S$18 / pc
Nikon to EOS - S$40 / pc
Contax/Yashica to EOS - S$70
Leica R. to EOS - S$100
Payment: 50% deposit by DBS internet banking. 50% balance on collection.
Time and place of collection: Around 1 week after I place order. Preferably to collect on weekdays evening at Queenstown MRT, or weekends around Peninsular Plaza.

I've 2 extra pieces of M42 (screw mount) and 2 Nikon to EOS adapter for sale. These are brand new unused. Selling at the MO price, S$18 and S$40 repectively.
Descriptions: M42
This is made from high quality black anodised adapter allows to use M42 universal screw mount lenses (e.g. Carl Zeiss Jena) on Canon EOS cameras. Any lens used with it becomes manual focus. You can do metering through the lens in Av (aperture priority) or in Manual mode.
Descriptions: Nikon
Use on NIKON mount auto focus or manual focus lenses. You will need to manually control the lens aperture and focusing (AF won't work with the adapter ring). Metering through the lens in Av (aperture priority) or in Manual mode works. This adapter has a locking pin.
Descriptions: Contax
Use on Contax Zeiss lens to EOS body. Metering through the lens in Av (aperture priority) or in Manual mode works. This adapter doesn't have a locking pin like the one for Nikon.
