Slow and have problem getting them to cancel my order.

Advice: Get your camera stuffs elsewhere!

I cancelled my order via the live chat, quite effective. There's an forum for you to post cancellation request. Normally it would be processed within one working day.

geez... seems tt dell is really ruining their reputation, i think their supply chain management is horrible, dpreview forums also mentioned abt pple waiting a long time for their 20Ds...

i think have to wait a while b4 the order cancellation can be processed, just have to press them for results... thx weekh anyway for your effort in the MO
