MO#2 : Zenitar 16mm Fisheye (various mounts) & other items

There is no Autofocus as there is no motor in the lens.

From what I gathered from previous MO, a S3Pro user says that the LCD displays "F--" when the lens is used in Av and Tv. Meaning that for the s3Pro, it could only use manual mode and metering does not work. I think its the same for D70.

hp I think that there will be no metering as well. Since the D70 does not meter with manual focus nikon made lens it is very very unlikely that it would for a 3rd party lens. Its a design feature in the D70 and not a lens issue.

Does it work with Canon EOS AF?

Hi lenny,

there is no autofocus (as there is no motor in the lens), focusing is done manually. Apperture ring controls the apperture. It can meter with EOS cameras. Works in Av and M modes. I own a zenitar 16mm. Bought it, Love it n no regrets.

I am still waiting for deposit from max2.8, Ghoe1023 and hazmee.
Please understand that it is taking sometime to consildate the money :sweat: I will proceed to order the lens when all the deposit is collected.
