Minolta Hi-Matic 7SII Aperture

Hi guys, i just dug out an old 7SII from the 70s in my storeroom.

The lens has some fungus in it, and aperture doesn't seem to open up fully at f1.7... any reliable place where i can send this camera for repairs (without breaking the bank?)
