Minolta free service for CCD problem

Btw, if this FOC service is there. I think they should return $ to those who have CCD replaced in those problem digital camera as this is a KNOWN problem, not cause by user. $250 can buy a lot of things and we aren't rich too. :(

Sony has announced that they had
manufactured faulty CCD for digital cameras
and recalled the affected to replace the CCD
free of charge. Konica Minolta has announced

regarding this matter and the reply
was "There's no news about this, we cannot
do anything". This is unacceptable. What
about users/owners of Dimage series digital
cameras who suffered this problem years ago
and had spent some money to get their CCD
replaced? Shouldn't they get a refund for
CCD replaced due to a manufacturer's fault?

I hope Konica Minolta do not disappoint
their customers. Konica Minolta Singapore
has very poor customers service for the past
years, and they should improve.

Complain Complain Complain else I JUMP! Still not fix yet, anyhow jump also can. Jumping to Dark Side, got lobang for some good good lenses ;p

Talk abt service, KM for local really sucks!
What make me boiled as I just saw the USD 200 rebate for D7D at USA. Local got S.H.I.T for you. What is local KM doing? Trying to close shop is it??? :think: Maybe soon, not surprise with this kind of service. :confused: :(

you must understand how many KM users are there in US than in SG, the world map alone is enough a reason.

On top of that, a lot been using other brands. Small market down here but hey, can't they just give some loyal user some credit?
Btw, abt the CCD for those Digital Camera, it is news just a day ago. Give them sometime to get it done else I will go to that link and attack! (Need some one to write for me, my english weak, haha! :bsmilie: )

I think we should pursue this matter in getting a refund.

But the main problem is that Singapore KM is not in that list. Maybe bring up to CASE if in one mth time no news yet? :think:
 

Eh I've a X20 PnS which juz die, how ar? More ppl start a petition maybe they will do something.

hey guys, let me share with u what i usualyl do when i complain.

i will email the SIngapore office, but will CC to other global HQs, usually Japan, Aust, USA. SIngapore as of yet has no service culture. once u CC, it makes a difference becuase the western world is very good at customer service. maybe u guys wanna try that. :)
