Microsoft Office 2013 for SGD$5

There is no comparison between personal email and enterprise email, like wise ms office and whatever free office.....they are on different application and price point.

Example.... if u email me ur resume in those funny format with alignment and bullets, indentation hare wire.....I will thrash it straightaway since u are not serious about the job.

there is always export to pdf. i suppose you probably never tried non Ms before

Why would google set up MS Outlook for you?

Need to use Google to find how to setup, what POP3 POP5 etc too high tech already. Or need to use Bing to search?

The cat is right.. Outlook is overrated. I used to use it in office. It crashes regularly, slow, and memory consuming.
Also.. email client is different from Office apps, although for MS they come in a package.

Outlook 2007 with Windows 7.
The best combo for email.
I found the email I want in 10 seconds, even the keywords is inside attachment.

Google was already doing this in 2004/2005. I am surprised you take ten seconds. that's almost nine seconds too long

IMHO PDF format looks more professional. :bsmilie:

Big boss got pretty secretary to do use MS one :bsmilie: ask her change the expected salary to half if they send in words document.

pdf is rasterized . even between different micro soft office versions, document formatting can "run" .

but i never send client quotes in pdf . we can view centrally using publish document and share the link to display the published document . great for document control and no different versions of revised and revised documents running around .

power of Google

I personally prefer sending documents in .jpeg format. :bsmilie: :bsmilie:
