just collected my 50+ photos and free 8r from miao laan this monday, superb quality . But yesterday i realised that the index print is missing.

Our operation from 0900-2100, Mon to Fri and Sun, Sat from 0900-1900.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I understand that your parents did mention about CS membership, but we have no way of confirming it. I also did not notice any username on the memory card.

I would like to highlight this point to all CS members, any offers or promotions at Miao Laan Colour Centre are only valid if the CS member come in person. If we allow otherwise, it would create confusion resulting in a lot of service issues.

Our purpose in offering such offers and promotions is to show our appreciation for the loyal support of all clubsnap members. Any issues resulting from such misunderstanding defeat the purpose of offering special promotions to clubsnap members.

Thanks' for your enquiry. We only carry 35mm film and Fuji Frontier can only scan 8bit . Printing 4R for 35mm negative, B & W, Slides all are same price, We only can process C41 film other then that need send to RGB for process.

Pardon me for my newbieness...but what do you mean by C41 and RGB? Does it mean that Miao Laan is unable to develop B&W and slides' film? Thanks!
