despite the heavy rain in the afternoon, first time i send my shots to u guys for printing and u know what, i'm very satisfied with the printouts done you guys. thanks for the quality. ur promotion for clubsnap members really saves me alot. btw, can i seek ur expertise? one of my photos(glossy finish) gana some stains:cry: (after sticking onto the interior) from the envelope used by u guys to keep the photos. is there a safe way to remove the stains? Thanks.

Sorry for late reply, if your images are 3:2 ratio there wouldn't have any boarder,but if 4:3 ratio there were be boarder at 2 side approx 10mm.
