Try to go a bit easier on the saturation - it's a bit too over the top, and I'm quite sure in the larger version you have lost quite a bit of detail at the colorful parts.

I like the composition and textures though. :)

Hi uncle WK, thanks and will take note on the saturation. Maybe a bit too excited. You are correct on the larger version on that details. Is always when I take a second look than I realize again that the composition was also not quite right. So for this one, I did a re-crop for the composition.
Thank again and good night..:)

uncle WK? :bsmilie:

anyway i've noticed a lot of landscapes pictures have the composition executed too "mechanical", and not fluid enough. I know i'm being vague, but basically i'm saying the elements in many pictures i've seen do not integrate well in the final, overall presentation. these styles grow repetitive and boring to the viewer (maybe it's just me)

i'm trying to break out of the box myself so..don't take my word too seriously :bsmilie:

Hi thanks and how shall I call you?? Anyway my parents taught me to be respectful to the people who are elder than me. I'm 12 and if you are twice my age, I can call you uncle or brother or sis. If same age or student or younger, than I call them by their names.

I understand now what you mean by mechanical and not fluid in a composition and you have a point. For me as a newbie, there is a lot more to be learnt and the hardest thing is composition. Sometimes I feel that my shots are boring too and I am not allowed go out alone to find new and interesting place for a good composition. I have to depend on my Dad to bring me out and go to the same place that I know or I check with some people in the forum for the location. If my Dad is outstation, I have no chance at all... I am also trying to break out from the box too and so I hope to improve more and do something interesting. Thanks again.:)

PS: Oh, you have a nice flickr thread too.. can also learn something from there. :)
