Hi, thanks....... No, I shot did on Friday evening.... I did have a portrait crop but personally, I prefer this crop version shown here. In portrait framing for this location, I felt it was too tight and need to emphasize space and surrounding for the composition as most leading lines are also towards the centre. I also patiently waited for the right timing of the blue and right timing of lighting in order to give a contrast from the foreground to the centre of the lighted buildings and all the way to the back of the sky. No filters or GND used here because it will darken the top part of the building.I also felt that the surrounding of the left and the right is equally important to the composition as well. Macaroni did a landscape crop and did mention the balance between the left and right. For me, the distracting part of balancing the left and right is some smaller buildings on the right frame which I crop it off to balance the composition. For the vertical scale and heights, the building speaks for itself.
