[MGohzxc] Absence Of the Sun

Hi Edutilos,

Thanks so much for spending your time helping me on the C&C. Yes, no discount for me and this is definitely good for me too. But again, I am confuse to what is actually night photography? Is it total darkness of the sky? Because Im trying to follow this night photography thread, if I can. I hope you can help me with this definition of night photography. Ok: reply to C&C

#1 - It took me a while to understand what you are telling me about the horizon but I understand now.Yes, when I post this and I was also telling myself that the white flower will be the distracting subject in the right frame. Agree on a panoramic crop. Noted.

#2 - I took quite alot of shots for this one and trying to choose one but did not work for just one framing. So I came with the idea of using the Gif generator. Yes I want to try from another angle because from this angle, I find a bit funny. Sorry, I dont know how to explain but noted.

#3 - I was just trying something different here. Noted and I agree a square crop would be better because i realize now there is dead space on the right. :)

#4 - This shot was taken in a hurry because the police came and chase us away. Noted and agree that the building on the right is a bit distracting. I think a square crop will be good.

#5 - Actually for this one, I did 4 frame stitch and I dont know why the MBS look like is being squashed. Maybe the 4 frames i took is not done properly. Noted.

#6 - For this shot, noted and where is this Alkaff bridge?

You have spent so much time explaining to me and I appreciate it very much. Thanks.:)

cough. u sure u wanna ask that qn?

i dare say she doesnt use anything too fanciful. that comment seems to hint at good photos must be a result of good equipment. which is not the case.

Well, I'm absolutely sure that the image have got nothing to do with good equipment, I know that myself. I would wish to know the focal length use for these shots though...

I always admire night scene shots but Im not a photographer yet , thank you for sharing such an inspiring photos, nicely taken.I like #1 the most .

Hi MGohzxc, I saw your previous thread covering scenery and I thought it was great. I understand you started this thread mainly to ask for C&C from others and also guidance from edutilos-, hope you improve on it.

Btw, the photo attached seemed to have rather high NR. Just something I noticed and not pointed out by others...of coz me too, would prefer the buildings on the right(esp. the white one) be omitted to have better symmetry..

Hi ovaltinemilo,
thanks for visiting again. Yes, for this photo, I've overdone the NR. Thanks for pointing it out. Well noted :)
