i am looking for a shop for renting a medium format camera with digital backs as I have an outdoor assignment coming along which may requires me to use this.

Anyone knows of any one or shop that is able to do this?

Go to Shriro - They have an assortment of Hasselblad digital cams and lenses. There is something for any of your requirements.
On top of that the H4D-40 is really fantastic if you encounter a low-light situation. ISO800 and minimal noise. I just used one for an outdoor assignment (shooting at 5am in the morning) and it blew away my misconception that the Hasselblad digital cameras are good only in a studio.

Shriro also rents profoto lights should you require lighting to go along.
