interesting, and scary, both servers are on the same subnet, that's generally regarded as very poor network design.
not on MOL, i do get an answer, but this is what i get: (note, "status: REFUSED", could be they aren't allowing non-MOL customers to use their dns) but as you say, it's already started working again, so all's as well as can be expected
