To answer a few qns:

1. warranty - set needs to be send back to Jap no matter where you buy it (you can pass it to the local office or back to me)
2. manuals - all in Jap (english version can be found online)
3. price - narrowing down to $3600-$3800

some additional info on TX2 :
1. its exactly the same as xpan
2. not for sale in SIN, no dealers, warranty issue is a little tricky(if you are very very interested to buy then i will answer you thru PM)
3. only 3 lens available 45, 30, 90

you can chk out the HK camera shops online(the common ones mentioned in CS). heard from someone the prices are quite attractive.
