yup..been to one. they try hard to sell but not overly pushy. served u coffee and everything else at the beginning, but once u say u will consider, u can see the "look" on the pretty face. got my 3 balloon ride vouchers and 60 bucks Taka voucher. a fully legit timeshare.....but doesn't come cheap

Almost went for their talk last time when i was staying in JW marriot in Phuket.. must say the place is very nice and well-managed.

Why pay/fix in advance for future travels?
When I want to travel then I plan where I want to go & which hotel I want to stay.
Timeshare package may not have exact match to what I want in future.
