I had the good fortune to be given front row tickets to the concert. I felt very inspired after seeing Steve Huff's series on Seal's tour so brought my M7 along + my trusty 50cron and 35biogon to the concert.
The security there didn't let anyone shoot with a DSLR unless you had a press pass, but they totally ignored my little M camera. Guess the camera (and me) didn't look professional enough to be a threat to them!
Following pics all on Portra400vc, 2400dpi scan on Canoscan 8800f

Adam was a consummate performer. Very charismatic. I would even say cute except that word is reserved only for girls and small animals

obviously all the girls there agreed, especially after he said he was fascinated by women or something like that. That fellow is damn smooth with girls lah

He was well supported by the band
the cool drummer (also very yandao)

the not so handsome bass player (I can only aspire to be him)

the pros were lucky to have free access directly under the stage

the audience were not slacking off either, all recording with their iphone haha

think I shot another roll of Tri-X but haven't had the time to develope. Hope you guys enjoyed this series!
I had a lot of fun at the concert, even managed to catch the guitar pick that was thrown down by Adam

Nice! Was shooting under the random concert lights difficult? All of your shots were exposed beautifully

I didn't show the bad ones mah hahhaha but M7 auto exposure is quite good, most of the time i just point to the exposure I want, then just AE lock it and recompose and shoot
