I think it's great. As a buyer I don't want to see the same threads coming up again and again.

Even as a seller, you may want to think about the kind of message you're sending by reposting again and again (= nobody wants it.)

Do flood your Buy and Sell Post in the other SG Forums but not here.

It is not ridiculous and it is good to have 3 days posting limit.
For serious buyer like me, I will use the advance search to find if there is anyone selling an item I wanted.
Can you imagine having hundreds of threads selling the same thing from the same seller? It is quite tiresome to go through them even with the advance search as I find in other SG forum. In a way, this will attract more buyers to look at the BnS... which is actually good for everyone.

PS. Probably you are selling your stuff too expensive. The good bargains get snapped up within minutes of posting.

the personal classified section is for members selling personal items,
this rule will not affect most of the members and help to regulate the threads,

of course if you are a commercial seller you will find it irritating, please sign up as advertiser if you wish to conduct business here.

I like the 3 days rule. There are just too many kiasu Sporeans around who would be bumping their thread every single day if this rule were to be relaxed.

If you do not like to wait 3 days, you can always post your stuff on the bigger forums. No worries.

Then go post your stuff there. You think that by opening your mouth and saying "other forums like this and this!!!" that it will force CS to change? That's a very common Singaporean way to complain and try to pressure, but I'm glad it doesn't work.

Besides, if the other forums are "bigger than clubsnap" then GO SELL THERE. You'll have more customers too, right?

Found one of your 12-hourold post selling sandbag on page 9 of 12 "new posts buy and sell " search function.
If not for the 3 day rule your post will probably be on page 27 (3dayx9) of 360 (3ayx12) page or maybe worst.
In fact the recent upgrade in clubsnap website had make in more member friendly.
