Nice... but looks 'noisy'... were you using very high ISO?

nope.. perhaps over PP .. the bottom part was almost all black

mmm... the evening sky is 'noisy' and so are the lights at the bottom.. which i thought is due to high ISO..

But nonetheless, keep trying

Maybe some experienced seniors are able to give advice.

this "over-processed" look is actually quite nice. thought it was shot on film dues to the grainy-ness and the oversatuated colors if you didn't tell me. perhaps can crop for a better composition.
