One Raffles Quay Building (popularly known as "ORQ" more and more) is the building next to One Marina Boulevard Building. One Marina Boulevard is the Microsoft/ NTUC building. Both just Opposite Lau Pa Sat.

Both you mentioned are buildings.Should be IR site.
