Btw last few pics was taken with 24-70 f2.8 L Mark II...

all pics are blurry, are they on purpose? Also, you might want to work on your composition

i thought i was the only one who noticed.. not sure if it was out-of-focus or camera shake but if i have to look at it without poster saying it was from an 85mm L lens i wouldnt know

Even you have F1.2 big aperture len, you don't need to shoot all by using F1.2.
Photos not sharp maybe u need to do the caliberation on your len.?

All the photo are very sharp... I think due to resize... Tonight i go back upload few higher resolution one.. Hehe

Wait wait..there's a difference between sharp and in-focus isn't it?

You can be focused on your subject, but the rendering from the lens causes it to not be sharp. Or your lens renders very sharply but you're out of focus.

I'd say this is out of focus rather than being not sharp...but I don't know...will have to see the high resolution ones...

I'd agree on the out of focus, i'm sure its pin-sharp on certain parts but not the crucial parts? maybe the Eyes or facial features are not really in focus? too shallow depth of field?

the girl not bad, but feels like its abit blurred, maybe dun host on FB, try hosting on flickr and see?

doesnt seem in focus lei.. gal is cute though.. photogenic

i think cameraman put a soft focus filter during processing . :D

Yes, taken with f1.2 so very shallow dof. :(

When i check 100% actual size from aperture, it's sharp on the eyes. I will need to host at flikr and post them here again.

Yeah...flickr is way better...good job with the focus!

interesting how resizing makes things blur

When you post photos in this thread, I believed you have chosen to upload the photos from your computer to Clubsnap, instead of adding an image from URL (i.e. link from your flckr account).

CS has some restriction on picture size uploaded and will resize it if the picture has more than 800 pixels either side. And I think the site will not re-sharpen the photos after resizing thus it will look blurry in most cases.

Recommend to link the pics from else where or if you have to choose the upload function, try to resize and sharpen it before posting. Just sharing. :)
