Did a dive at Manta Point on the 1st and 3rd day. On both days, there were at least 6-8 mantas. And they were very close to the surface and not shy coming close to us..
If you look at the shot, I'm only at the tip of the dorsal fin of the mola and my dive comp already recorded a depth of 43m. Didn't dare to stay long, so took 4 shots only.
PS - you are siaokao in scubaSG?

Nope, and I don't know any operators who bring snorkelers out to Nusa Penida.. the water's really cold and the manta's aren't always on the surface for you to see. Vis is also not very good most of the time.
