I'm just glad we avoided the English clubs. They are tough! Here is the full draw:

J Evans filled in for Rio for 12 crucial games over the Dec and Jan and Man U went unbeaten. I thnk one day with Rio has slowed down J Evan will be the one to fill in. But I still think SAF will get bring in a another big defender though O Shea has similar style to Rio.
I hope Man Utd can recover big time ag Fulham. After the FA cup mauling, Fulham wont want to repeat their mistakes.
Aston Villa - I look to a draw. They havent played well lately so this be a good time to notch a decent result. :kiss:

The midfielder still in day dreaming mode imo....why field Giggs and Scholes together? They are old and slow, look at how Scholes tackle within 30secs....he was a walking time bomb.....and single striker?....come on Fergie....MU = 4-4-2.....luckily Chelsea also lost.....let see how Liverpool loose tonight :lovegrin:
i dun really blame scholes there... its more of an instinct than anything else imo

Man Utd and Chelsea defeats over the weekends, and Liverpool trashing Villa 5-0 yesterday.
Now we are only leading Liverpool 1 point with a game in hand, to close for comfort i would say.
Man Utd are having crisis right now, 2 defeats in a row? Haven't happen in 4 years.
And Liverpool's form towards the end of the season? Not like their usual self from the past few seasons.
i will not be surprise if this goes on, Liverpool will nick the title away from us.

LFC had a good start and the draws allowed Man Utd and Chelskis to overtake. Lets see if a team that has pole position over Xmas can go on to win the EPL. Not many teams did that

that sounds very delusional. with the amount of injuries and suspension coming into the team, fans should really be worried. also, looking at the way the team dismantle after going down early, it is hard to imagine such a team will survive the current poor form and bounce back.
such is the work of ignorance and arrogance of players like rooney and ronaldo and probably the weakest link in the team.

Wah want happen man? Din catch the match, went to chalet. I think Man Utd can bounce back. Fergie said teams will drop pts and he is right. Man Utd is going thru a blip and hopefully, will recover in the next match. Man Utd has not been performing since the 2-0 win over Inter. It was an easy win for Man Utd and then took many things for granted and din work hard. I hope they will realise it soon.

Man Utd fans are confident of their team. I'm confident Man Utd can pull thru too. Last 2 seasons was also like that but we made it and won some trophies!
The weakest link in the team is not Rooney or Ronaldo. They are impt but not as crucial as the replacement for Paul Scholes which Fergie have not find. That is the weakest link.
acherly, i think they haven't found a correct combo since the days of Dwight Yorke and Andy cannot make it Cole....
nor have they found an all up front striker in Van Nini
For the midfield......WHEN IS Owen Destroyer Hargreaves coming back?!?!?!?!?
Technically, if u look at the performance for the past few matches (despite winning the matches), the midfield looks quite leaky and not controlled.
no doubt Carrick can sometimes produce good performances, he hardly has the industrialism as Park and what MU really needs is OH to be back........but alas.........haiz.........

In midfield, we need someone like Keano who's a battler.
Gone were the days when you can see our center mid make crunching tackles on opponent.
In forward, it's got the be Cantona.
His touches and vision is god like, Berbatov has both but he's still like a 'raw' material.
IMO, since Roy Keane and Eric Cantona left, no one is able to feel in for their position.

Cantona, i doubt berbatov is.......Cantona is exact and precise in his wonder vision, and himself quite a tricksey master....but Berbatov isn't leh....he seems very fragile ......

As i said before the season we still in need of a out n out striker/finisher in front n in midfield someone like Cantona who can single handedly turn around a match n defence still need a pairing of Pallister n Irwin snice the pair left no better replacement although Vidic n Evra came close!:devil:
