It happens escpecially for big team like MU.....people expect instant success.....people expect big signing every season....But there are only 11 first team place on the field....look at what happened to Manucho, Cambell, Eagles......even big name like Tevez, Anderson, Nani needs to warm the bench most of the time....so the opportunity for all the lesser known will be even more scarce :sweat:
Well thats the Pro n Cons in big teams once u made it u r a hit! if not then u r a miss!

Madrid chief Boluda confident of signing Ronaldo
Real Madrid's interim president Vicente Boluda is confident the club will sign Manchester United midfielder Cristiano Ronaldo.
Boluda, who inherited the top job at Real when Ramon Calderon was forced to step down last month, has added to speculation that the Portuguese is on his way to Spain by telling Cadena Ser's El Larguero programme: ''I am convinced we will see him at the Bernabeu.''
Real have made no secret of their desire to sign the World Player of the Year and these latest comments from the club are likely to further antagonise the Old Trafford outfit, who were embroiled in a bitter war of words with Los Blancos during the summer.
Reports from Spain in recent weeks have suggested that Real have the cash to buy Ronaldo, and even claim a pre-contract deal has already been agreed.
However, United, who have stood firm over the player, will not be pleased that a fresh twist in the saga appears set to unfold as the season approaches a crucial phase.
Boluda has the job at the Bernabeu until the summer, although will not be standing for election when former chief Florentino Perez will be amongst those battling for the presidential role at the club.
However, Boluda admits he is hoping the candidates may allow him to extend the deal of coach Juande Ramos, after the former Spurs boss impressed during his few months in charge.
Ramos took over from Bernd Schuster in December and has led the club to within ten points of leaders Barcelona, with the club conceding only one goal in their last eight league games.
''I want the candidates to allow me to renew the deal of Juande,'' he said. ''He is a great coach and I will authorise his stay, if I can - I would love him to continue.''
Boluda also confirmed the departure of the club's chief director Miguel Angel Arroyo.
''He wanted to retire, and I believe that position in the organisation was not necessary and it was a good opportunity for the club to save money as he waived his 50 per cent compensation available to him,'' he said.
But he was quick to rule out the departure of sporting director Pedrag Mijatovic.
''I count on him, he used to play here in Madrid, was a champion, and knows more about football than anyone - he helps the dressing room,'' he said. ''He is a person who brings stability to the club.''

Arsene Wenger has conceded that Sir Alex Ferguson's current Manchester United side appear to be ''untouchable''.
United sit two points clear of Liverpool with a game in hand at the Premier League summit, with Arsenal 12 points off the pace in fifth.
Wenger, whose Gunners side went unbeaten in 2003/04, is refusing to give up on having a say in the title race but admits the Red Devils are currently some distance clear of the pack.
The two-goal return of Croatia striker Eduardo after a year out in Monday night's 4-0 FA Cup fourth-round replay win over Cardiff City gave Arsenal fans reason for cheer, but Wenger has warned that long-time rivals United will take some stopping.
''We are on a very strong run at the moment and we have promised to give everything until the last day of the season but at the moment Manchester United look untouchable,'' confessed the Arsenal boss.
''They are 12 points ahead of us and they have a game against Fulham which they will certainly win. If they win that they are 15 points in front and that means they need to lose five games.
''Let us say they lose one against us, that still leaves four. They still need to lose four other games, which they haven't done yet this season.
''But our basic target is to get into the Champions League and therefore the championship remains a priority.''
Wenger, meanwhile, told Cardiff that the trouncing meted out to them at the Emirates could be a good thing for their promotion ambitions.
The Frenchman believes that talented Championship sides can often get sidetracked in the knockout competitions to the detriment of their league form.

First half was superb, second half nowhere near.
Scholes was simply awesome, dictating the midfield.
First goal, pin point corner from Carrick, and Scholes with his trademark first time volley from outside box.
Second goal, O'Shea put it across goal, Berbatov calmly slot in.
Third goal, Park put it across goal, Rooney scored just 2mins on the pitch.
