Wah damn power lah, i was wearing 3mm full suit plus 3mm vest and hood. you can tahan with just shorts...

i dunno man. what's the temperature like? 25-26deg is still boardshorts for me, like tulamben. anything like crystal bay and it's definitely 3mm wetsuit..hoho being cold makes you more susceptible to DCS...*touchwood*

For me - 0.5mm full suit + *ahem* natural insulation = usually not worried about cold water.
but my last trip to Lembeh had me chattering on board the boat in the middle of a hot afternoon. started wearing 3.5mm full suit thereafter...

When i was there we were pretty lucky with the water temp, about 27-28 degrees most dives... but when you're doing 80-90 min dives 3 times a day it does get a bit chilly... ;p

ya man bring back up whatever you can bring... my trips had a lot of mishaps... personally lost my dive knife and my fin strap broke. others flooded their strobe, another flooded camera. extra stuff is always useful!!
