Dun think Man Utd will be defensive and Man Utd is never defensive.
1) It is not Man Utd style no matter what United still play offensively. I am sure with RVP and the rest... it will be a waste to play defensively. And SAF have told the lads to go for goals.
2) look at our transfer over the past season almost 80-90% are midfielders wingers or forwards never or seldom the backline. No matter how crap our backline looks/are.

So am pretty sure it will be offensive and end to end stuff! Win for Man Utd.

Man u could play counter attack and absorb rm attacks... I hope they do not do that......

why should ManU fear RM? just b'cos of ronaldo? if RM keep passing the ball to ronaldo and hoping to win the game, then they will definitely lost the game.
remember when ManU played Barca in final and all ManU players kept passing the ball to him... end up he did not score any goal... so ManU should not focus on him alone... other RM players are equally dangerous... think he will instruct to distract defenders out of position and let other players to do the killing job..
ManU should stay alert on ALL opposite players, including their keeper for quick counter-attack.... hope ManU win tonite or at least draw with away goals...good luck!

I think the team with best teamwork will win.... man u go for 4 4 1 1 formation. ... keep the midfield tight.....

Still got 5 hrs and anxiously awaiting the whistle to get on with it. At this juncture, we are not afraid of any team we face, be it UCL or BPL or FA opponents. The point is to play smart and outwit them each and every time. We shall get the job done this time as planned. Both SF and Mourinho knows each team strengths and weaknesses, they would have done their homework thoroughly to prepare its own winning formula. Perhaps we shall see a collapse in RM play if the play wears on towards 90+any injury time. I strongly believe we can achieve away goals advantage and salute our players for a hugemoguous effort at end game. GO GO GO Man U GO GO GO.

Real Madrid possesses too much fire power and I doubt if man u can hold them out.....

I think we should comfortably get 3 points at QPR with the current strength and reserves we have. However, I believe SAF must be mindful on the game with RM. We will face off what come may from RM on 5 March 13. Btw, we don't need any team to do us any favor in the case with Barca on meeting RM prior to meeting RM. All UCL teams have to be prepared physically and mentally for every encounter. I just hope no injuries to any of our players for our win over QPR away game. And we shall perserve and get past RM too. Man Utd spirit all the way.
