Correction, miss the result of AV biting Sunderland last week. Even though it has only lost once at home, we should have enough fire power to overcome their defence. Looking forward to a convincing win away for us. We should hammer a 2nd legaue defeat for AV at Villa Park.

It is quite a pain to watch utd match. My heart can't seems to take it lol. Not for weak hearts.
They are simply giving away possessions so often that villa can score 2 goals before utd scores 2 back.
As of now, the game time is 67th mins, score is 2-2

FT

Aston Villa 2 - 3 Man Utd :devil::devil:

Aston Villa took a well deserved 2-0 lead thru counter attack....Man Utd finally woke up after 66 min thru goals from Herdy, Herdy and Herdy. Ok the 2nd goal was considered as an own goal..... 3 pts earned at the closing min.

Man Utd comeback from two goals down to win the match..what an impressive comeback! :thumbsup:
Hernandez our match saviour...;)

It's becoming a trend now..... but I don't mind opponent score first, as long as we win in the end. Football is played for 90mins, yes? ;)

Its still a worthy win for us. No doubt its very worrying when you see 2-0 down before we score the first goal, going on to equalise and the win at the end. Determination on the MU players are commendable this season thus far. The point is sustainability and composure built up by the AF on the players are superb. Confidence and commitment by the first team are just simply amazing. Keep it up.

Ya imp is 3pts at the end of the match! Now 2 pts clear on top following the draw game for chelsea this morning!

Next match will be hosting Arsenal! Exciting game ahead!

We will be facing Norwich City at Carrow Road tom. Very Strong defence, only lost once to Liverpool at home. As such, we must and will break them down and score. Once we are ahead, more goals for us will come. We will win comfortably by 2 goals margin and remain top of the table.

We should be able to secure 3pts!

Provided the lads dun get complacent... its normally we slip in this kind of game...but this season we got the strongest strike force to deal with the strongest defence which eventually will fall!

We counted our chickens before the eggs are hatched.... :(

This is what I am afraid of, especially this season. So sad, it falls upon us again. A single goal against us, with more than 60 percent possession and yet we cannot score the equaliser. What's wrong with the team? No use having so many corners and not capitalising on any set plays. Its always the home side goal keeper being the hero of the day. Back to the drawing board, AF and his team of advisers should review their game plan. We cant "cry over spilled milk", move forward to concentrate on the next game ahead. Hopefully, let this be the last time we lose away.

Galatasaray 1
Burak (53)
United 0

Manchester United and Galatasaray served up a breathless and bruising encounter on Tuesday night in front of a ferociously partisan crowd at the Turk Telekom Arena.

Exposure for the younger lads.......a single goal lost is hard to swallow. But think of it this way, since we already qualified for the next round, its better than getting senior players injure, right? All other teams in qualifying phase and in similar positions like us would have done the same. We wait for the 2nd round to commence. Meanwhile we need to stride some consistency in winning our league games.

I do not want to count the chickens before they are even hatched. With QPR is total disarray after the sacking of their manager, Mark Hughs, it should not be difficult to beat them. Especially at home, a win no matter what is the score line for us is more important.

FT

Man Utd 3
- 1 QPR :devil::devil:

Again..The home team only woke up after QPR was scored .why we must always concede to wake up, I don't understand, bad bad habit...:nono::nono:

Evans, Fletcher and Hernandez get the goals within 8 mins to earn the 3 pts..
Anderson makes the biggest difference upon being introduced after the team was 1-0 down..:thumbsup:

Next will be against West Ham in midweek.

I hope AF dont put the first half team line up again for the season. Reason: there wasnt any fluency in the MU first half; players couldnt even string any good passes and no thread to QPR defence at all. So unbearable to see how below average for us in the first half.especially at home. Young, Scholes and Welbeck did not play well at all. Welbeck kept loosing and giving the ball away.
Then the situation continue thru to the start of second half with no changes being made by AF. The unthinkable happened again, we let in the first goal of the game. At least we made amendments after the brillant substitutions, Anderson is definitely my Man of the Match with Rooney contributing the comeback assists. Wonderful goal again by Hernandez, first touch was exceptional, good keep it up. Am very happy to see Evans and Fletcher scored too.

I beg to differ....it was the sucker punch that made the different.....QPR is wounded beast and u could see how they fight for each ball....there is no way MU could control the entire 90 mins with this kind of opponent(MU always lost to underdog remember. :) ) so the introduction of some fresh leg in Q2 was timely.....although I really hate to see MU conceded first....again

I have to agree that Ando looks fast and sharp....this should be the level he is playing week in week out....and Hernandez works best as substitute as his pace and positioning is hard for any tiring defender to coup.....I would say MU won on strategy this time round and love to see fletcher added to the scorer list...good 3 points earn and hope chelski beat city tomorrow :)

Chelsea drew with Man City. We are back at the top of the Table by 1 point.:)

Man Utd 1
-0 West Ham Utd :devil::devil:

Another poor performance..awful final passes, really wasteful in energy. Run and run without knowing what to do in the final pass...:(

Can't complain with the 3 points Loads of chances but except for the first goal, our strikers just couldn't finish it. But still top of the table after another game..:)
