After 6 days of rest we are back to San Siro Stadia! Think we should have enough rest and ohpefully not over rested day!:sweatsm:

I'll be staying up for the game! Plus the return leg... great to see Beckham back at the Theatre of Dreams... If not for 'that' shoe, he may not have left... :embrass:

haha that shoe but i think its more than that. If he din crave the pop star status and marry a pop star, but kept a lower profile instead, I think he will still be at Man Utd.

i think real madrid still would have come knocking, take owen/ woodgate for examples

But he will not leave cos time and time again he says that he is a Man Utd fan since young. He never wanted to leave, just like RVN and Stam, they all got booted out by Fergie. For Beck's case, he was really booted out by that shoe. lol.

Yup, two good headers from Rooney and Man Utd was at one stage 3-1 up. AC Milan's defence is actually quite weak, age is probably the weakness of AC Milan, they were only able to play 1st half football. Now Man Utd is in pole position to go into the last 8. Yeah!

i saw the full game and felt the ref is more favour to AC Milan.. hopefully 2nd leg game will have a more neutral ref.

The win was great! I hope Man Utd will go for blood at OT and not sit back and take it easy.

True, if he leaves he probably would not be able to replicate his form in madrid or anywhere else, which english players have excelled overseas in recent years? Woodgate and owen are bad examples

huh? What are you talking about? Anyway, he left and did fairly well with RM despite winning only a title but football isn't a 1 man team too, so can't put the blame entirely on him.
