Make-up service and clothes rental

i needa shoot some wedding portraits for a customer who also requests for make-up and clothes rental.

I have some idea where to get the make-up artist but i would just like to compare the rates.. wanna get the cheapest and the best for her..

but for clothes rental i dunno where at all.. in her email she states that she wanted a white dress.. so ya pls help by dropping the name and contacts of such services and the rates they are offering.. thanks!
