No application required, it's a kind of grading system base on the submitted works. ( no bias because of someone don't like a particular theme or subject. )

P..Proficiency in Imaging knowledge ( including Hard n Soft technique )
I..Innovative/Creative/Artistic perception/presentation of subject/project/assignment/theme.
M...$$$
E... Effort put into.
T... Time sacrifice

Each segment carry a scale from 0 - 9.
Total score 15 and above reach stage 1 ; 25 and above - stage 2, 35 above stage 3, ultimate score - 45 points ( 9 in every section )

Anyone can use this guideline to judge on others' works or own's, it's fair and sq.

Need to explain further on the M part scoring standard, otherwise might create misunderstanding.

M...for Money spent on the project/assignment does not works on the more money spent the more score point,however, it is base on MIMO which means...Minimum Input Maximum Output,in other words..money well /wisely spent. There are cases of good result achieved without the need of spending huge amount of money, taking your case as an example.

There are also cases where lots of money spent but result is just so-so.

Generally, most of the c n c here are mostly linger around the " P ". Some on the " I " but little mention about the M, E n T.

hi.. its along punggol drive.. recently there's a fire there but thanks to SCDF.. most part of the lalangs still surviving..
