Sori to be so "cheong Hei" but checked with Hospital Fujifilm and they said they did enable the sound, but the flash still did not work.

Looks like the patient is still on the operating table.

Tks for all the advice guys.

Mine flash not work after disable sound, not wotk either after enable it.
Then i have to do reset so the flash work , could it be firmware issue ?

Update-Fujifilm called today and said that after exhaustive testing, they are going to replace "the motherboard?".

I was promised that my x-t1 would be out of the icu by friday.

Maybe, coolhirako, if ur unit is still under warranty, u should take it down to fujifilm svc ctr for them to have a look as u seem to have a similar problem like mine?

u should not have to keep resetting all the time.

Waaa... Means I better mount a flash on my xt1 to try if it works. Bought it since january but have not tried the flash yet.

The shop I bought from actually ask me open box and test if the flash working as they hv a customer who bought it and found flash not working.
