Just wanna check with you , will not the lower part be an obstacle when getting close to subjects in the end bushes or branches ?

that's why it depends, mostly i hold it in my hands so that i can adjust accordingly or use it to flip up the leaves and position it nicely. maybe if there's a spider web i can bring it behind the web as well but i seldom get to shoot a nice shot of it becos of one hand holding camera very hard haha
