Macro questions

go for Tamron if u r perusing macro. If just wanna interest check... get the raynox :)
 

juz to share,
I bought by A350 about 6months ago and just started to shoot macro.
I don't have budget for Macro Lens so i go for close up filter +4(2x) (about $18 each).

Here is the result for your reference.

Shot taken at sentosa flower fastival '09 with 16-80mm, F5.6.

Recently i tried my friend Raynox and discover that i have made a wrong choice.:sweat:
Raynox is much easier to attach on Lens !

Are you referring to a close-up filter? Or the kit lens on the 500D?

The Cann 500D is a +2 close up filter which can be fitted on any lens provided the lens and filter diameter are the same. That said, this closeup filter can only be used on long zoom lenses since the focusing distance when this filter is used will be ard 50cm.
