yes, it can run LR4 and CS6 smoothly, no problem with 5D2 RAW files. You just need to pair it with a decent monitor.
Since my iMac broke down about 6 month ago, I am also using a mini mac. So far so good with photoshop. Only problem , when you stack large amount of high resolution images, e.g. 10 raw files from d800e, its time to get a coffee, or thing of a mac pro. But for single image editing ,even with larger files ( up to 200mb) the mini mac is perfectly ok. I also connected the Mac 27 inch display
