Looks like supply finally caught up with demand if they are making so many limited editions. I am anxious to see what the rumored Ti one will look like.

not supply caught up with demand, but got alot of ppl sell their M9 on secondary market before Photokina 2010 (coz they think got M10 or M9.2). So with the M9 changing hands, the lens price all push up again.

Supposed to come in a kit with Ti 35mm Summilux floating element so the price reflects that as well.

Possibly also one of the reasons why the new 35mm Summilux is non existent after the first batch was released.
