Someone just told me that if you closed one eye and look at the 2 night shots that I posted above, you could see an illusion of 3D effect. Can you see it?

no worry, the f2 lens will compensate for the lower iso performance(at most by 1 stop as far as i can see from some of my rarely used f31), but the lumix seems sharper and more well controlled in CA aspect. not to mention the additional help of OIS, and last but not least the 24mm wide angle. its definitely looks much better than the f31 that i have.

the main attraction is the WA and the fast lens..

I passed by Alan Photos @ SLS two days back and they quoted $695 (including a case and a 4GB SD card). Not sure if it is the cheapest though.

Does it include Panasonic DMW-CLX3 Leather Digital Camera Case? Very tempted to buy tomorrow or should I wait for the coming Comdex show for extra freebie...

I failed, couldn't resist the temptation!...wanted to wait till next week PC show but passed by MScolor hub and played around with it and liked it very much....wanted to walk around to think, but the thought of parking lot nightmare, CBD charges and parking fees and jostle with crowd and queue to pay...and I may not have time....what the heck, bought it! Even if it's cheaper at PC show by 50 bucks I would not regret buying earlier to avoid the hassle of braving the PC show. The fellow said it would be retailing at 799 at PC show plus some more freebies that would be about the same price of 699 without additional freebies. Who needs additional 2 dollar cleaning kit or 2 dollar mini tripod or normal 15 dollar SD card?

Nope. According to AP, the DMW-CLX3 is not in Singapore yet. It will probably come with the second shipment of LX3.
