Lumix LX 3 screen protector is OUT !!! (martin field)

hmmm.. actually what's the difference between this screen protector and the normal ones? I'm tinking of getting it for my phone though but i see alot of people raving over this brand

i found MF is thick, able and easy reapply, bring true color from screen. If u look clearly for some normal SP, u'll find rainbow color lines, and some unable to reapply.

I've always been using MF for my phones and other devices, gonna get the MF for my LX3 too, going down on coming Monday.

They will. Very high-chance I'm going down tml(I refuse to power up my LX3 without a screen protector already in place). U wan me to check the branch whether got stock for the Viewty version for u?

Erm...it literally protects ur screen against scratches? I like my displays and touch surfaces to be well-protected & scratch-free. Having a screen protector on since day1 also gives ur equipment a little increase in resale value. Besides, if the display of my phone/camera/ipod, etc really kena sweat, food, dust, sand, grid, I can really dare to use my t-shirt/rough cloth and anyhow wipe it when there's a layer of protection on it. Even if really kena scratched in e end, due to my handling/misfortune, at least the protector will take "one hit" for me.

But if, IF u looking for mobile phone screen protector, if DOML no stock u can also try the shop named "mobilesquare" in Far East. That handphone shop carries Martin Fields screen protector for cellphones. They do apply for u also...their no. is 6733 3747

@chery08, they do have the version for Viewty. I went today to get a piece for my LX3. They do not display the screen protector for the LX3 and the Viewty in the office holding area, so just verbbally request for it from the staff. Hope to help.

P.S. I dunno whether they close for Xmas eve tml, so u better call them. Otherwise u can call MobileSquare @ Far East. That shop got sell martin fields screen protector for cellphones.

For those who r applying on their own, pls do take extra care ard the bevelled edge, i.e. if the edge of ur sp sticks beyond the edge of the screen, it'll easily get caught on rough items and peel off eventually:

Just curious, how much better is the MF screen protector compared to the one I got from MS Colour? Is it really worth changing to the MF. Unless it's smudge/fingerprint proof, I'll rather stick to what I have. If not, anyone know one that's smudge/fingerprint proof?

MS is lousy. Mine came off after a few days. Not the screen is naked but I got the Leica case, so should be quite protected from scratches. Where to get the Martin field one?

U can try ordering from them online. I am very positive for Martin Fields NON-cellphone screen protectors, they have no other physical distributors.

I asked them at their office a lot of times already, but the ladies always tell me its company policy not to have more physical stores. That's why they kill off the one in Funan last time(6th floor).
