Icehotel is just amazing.. ; )

Amazing series! Love your auroras and scenic shots!

yeah. but something quite out of reach for most of us. it is expensive to fly to, travel around and probably you need to stay there to shoot there. and most visitors there are probably very rich, and may have come from countries with a different and more difficult attitude towards people photography, as compared to asians for example japan and india.

Beautiful northern lights!
Movie-poster-material like ET, X-Files etc.
Or a Science Center poster at the space section.

Wow iceland is really gorgeous!
thanks for sharing!!

Thanks! the norhtern lights were really difficult to shoot as the place we were at was practically pitch dark! really hard to focus and frame the shots. Can you imagine that these shots were 30 second exposures at F2.8, ISO 3200? that gives an indication of the low light levels.

Ricleo, those Iceland pics of yours are amazing!!! WOW!!!! I love the aurora borealis shots. :thumbsup:It has always been a dream of mine to see them with my own eyes!! Did you do any settings for the white balance for those aurora shots??
