Go to Sim lim Tower. The shop LHS at 2nd floor will make for you or Sim lim Square 2nd floor walk left upon coming up from escalator and walk behind. There is a messy shop in the wall on your left but facing the cargo lift. The guy is Dickson. He will make for you too. Shop name is Suang somethg.
I have all my cables custom made by both these shops for the past almost 20 years.

Actually you can buy from music stores an XLR female to 1/4" jack cable and buy the 1/4" to 3.5mm jack adapter which is easily available in stores like, musoc stores, Challenger or even D-I-Y stores. You can try Ranking Sports in bras basah 3rd floor or across them in same building n flr, Swee Lee.

The xlr to 3.5mm (mini jack) adapter is available in some stores but I strongly advise not to buy or use it because from past experiences, the internal soldering is usually fragile and not only will be broken easily but very likely will have buzz or hum.
If I were you, i would use the option outlined in para 2 above.

you can look at the RODE vXLR. it works great for me. not sure if it works for you though.

Not all XLR to 3.5mm works the same. The physical cable & connectors may fit, but different equipment will give you different pin output configurations. eg. Sennheiser's G2/G3 XLR to 3.5mm won't work with Sony's UWP series.

Also depends on whether output is stereo/mono, balanced or unbalanced, or its mic level or line level.
Perhaps easier to define what equipment you wish to connect to.

I think your best bet is LHS in Sim Lim Tower. If any issues you can always bring back there for them to change. They are very experienced in sound solutions.
