Photography to me is more than an art. It is a science of light and how it captures form and the human mind. To me the 7 natural wonders of the world is less one, the 8th wonder is the human body as envisaged by Leonardo Da Vinci. My first foray into photography was when I was 7 years old. The interest was there. Now it is a passion.
I am a looking for female models to collaborate on photo-shoots, in particular TFCDs. I am not a professional photographer but a serious hobbyist who wants to expand my portfolio. Portraiture is where my interest lies.
While my main focus is primarily fashion, I am open to themes like lingerie, glamour and swimsuit. Though I do nudes and implied nudes as well, this will only be done if and only if the model suggests that she is willing to try for a nude shoot and/or the model is comfortable with the idea. Anything that is beautiful, I want it to be captured and frozen in time. I do both indoor and outdoor photography but I do not shoot in a studio as I want the freedom to move and have props along the way to enhance the shoot and not within a very defined area.
As this is on a collaborative basis for a TFCD, my emphasis is to meet the model first before any real shooting begins. That being said, if you have any pictures of yourself, that will be very much helpful in understanding the look that you portray first. A meeting is not only for an introduction, but to gain a mutual understanding and to gain ideas how to carry out the shoot. In that sense, I also expect ideas from the model.
Even though it may be a TFCD, I am willing to pay my models on a case by case basis. Under what circumstances I will pay the model depends entirely on the given concept, ideas and time done on the shoot, as I want to make it mutually beneficial. Me, the opportunity to expand my portfolio and you, for your valuable time spent on the shoot and at the same time, if you want an opportunity to expand your own portfolio.
Interested parties can PM me if they are any takers. Due to the nature of my work, I can only shoot on the weekends. If any shoot is to be carried out on the weekdays, please inform me in advance so that I can make the necessary arrangements.
P.S. The type of pics I shoot can be found on my port. Have not been shooting much of late, but will pick up speed by the beginning of March once I get some real shooting done.
