Looking for Studio For Rent

Hi guys

I'm looking for a place to rent and I need info on different places I can use for my future shoots. I suppose prices vary depending on equipment and hours. If you have any insight on the matter or if you are a studio owner better yet, fill me in with equipment list, charges and most importantly your studio detail i.e changing room/ hair & make-up vanities and/or iPod compatible sound system (whoops! that would be a plus)

Ip sound system.... only no equipment for taking pictures.

But its 4/5....
