Looking for someone to conduct 1-2 hour photography course

I'm helping my company to organize a 1 session photography course, similar to those provided by Canon with the purchase of DSLRs, but have to be shorten to 1hr plus. Cost can be negotiated, but will be best if the lesson can be provided for free, with the incentive of free publicity for any photography services that could be provided at a cost to my colleagues. what can be covered in 1+ hrs? does the intended audience have some knowledge of photography or newbies?
